"Following our luck of finding more cinematic-influenced music productions, we are thrilled to present from English origin and Sweden-raised dark-pop electronic artist Skar de Line. From the experimental elements that the core of the track is built upon to the dark elegant decisive vocals, this song has immense potential for soundtrack material.

The track relies on creative unconventional instrumentation and structure from its beginning and achieves a powerful immersive atmosphere that is nothing short of enigmatic.

What is emblematic is the constant rise of tension and intrigue and the perception of a minimalistic march of synths and sounds that evolve to deliver a final majestic chorus, that gives the ultimate character to the whole track, in other words: EPIC!

The overall mixing is done meticulously and is very fine-tuned, along with the production that fine crafts perfectly breathing samples and blends more orchestral instruments that give the track that personality we mentioned earlier, even communicating poetic desperation that one is not even sure when it's going to explode.

Finally, the song also presents a modern industrial nature, especially with the ominous synth bass that works perfectly with the dark-in-your-face vocal performance, and this final element is its strongest point, its texture and pacing just nail the track with a whole new level of vanguard distinction.

THIS TRACK IS THE BEGINNING OF A BIG JOURNEY, AND SOMETHING I'VE BEEN WORKING ON FOR A VERY LONG TIME. IT’S AN EMOTIONAL JOURNEY, AND WHILE BEING VERY MINIMALISTIC, IT CONTAINS A LOT OF EMOTIONS FOR ME. THE TRACK IS BUILT LIKE A CRESCENDO, IT BUILDS AND BUILDS AND NEVER LOOKS BACK. IT ALSO WORKS AS AN INTRO TRACK FOR A BIGGER ARC, AS WELL AS AN OVERTURE FOR WHAT IS TO COME. ME AND JOHN MCLUCAS WORKED TIRELESSLY TO GET EVERY LITTLE MELODY AND BREATH TO WORK TOGETHER TO GIVE THIS TRACK ITS OWN IDENTITY. THIS SONG, TOGETHER WITH THE SELF-PRODUCED FILM, THE ARTWORK THAT PAINTS ITS OWN STORY, COMES TOGETHER TO TELL THE FIRST CHAPTER IN MY AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL SUITE OF MUSIC. THIS IS RESET.
