"Hugh delights with their most recent release 'Sense to you' featuring the beautiful vocals from Alanna Stuart from Bonjay, the captivating melodies and superb music production in general are super effective in transmitting an eerie sense of cool drama. The vocals complement each other (Hugh & Alanna) perfectly with a slight groovy taste of r&b and house music. Yet this feels more sophisticated including a sense of shoegaze and even darkwave to some extent. It however mantains an air of a style with its own unique personality. The mixing is very modern and the synth sounds can evoke feelings of synthwave, wich makes it very interesting for more modern electronic music listeners. Please give a chance to the delicate and sensual music from Hugh, it's worth your time"

“Sometimes you just know. You go out, for a drink, with mates, not really looking, and you lock eyes with someone, and the words you share aren’t particularly clever, or funny, or deep, but everything clicks, and before you know it, she nods towards the exit and you’re saying goodbye to your friends.”Alanna Stuart of Bonjay guests with us on this one.
We’d met online and I’d been a fan of their work since their song “Creepin.”
Their debut album was on repeat, esp the song “Ingenue”, so when they said they’d be in London, a collaboration was a no brainer.
One of the most fun, inspiring and encouraging people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with.
